The car went in for a regular MOT, no issues at all. The service staff stayed later than usual on a Friday afternoon to make sure I could collect the car for the weekend, very much appreciated.

Great team providing excellent service from the moment the car is dropped off to the point it's picked up. I was late due to work commitments but the team stayed behind almost until 6 on a Friday to make sure I could have my car back for the weekend!

The receptionist and the people who provide coffee/tea etc are warm and welcoming. I needed a new battery for my key. The individual who served me at the Parts desk could hardly manage a smile and I was a nuisance to him. Customer care is needed!!!

The reason the vehicle was in the work shop is because I was experiencing the car's timing was out so it was idling very bad but the technicians couldn't find a fault but I did say what it could be but I had no feed back on that suggestion at all

Most queries answered but not all. I had a rubber grommet I found loose under the bonnet after the last service and left it in the car to be identified / where it may have come from but they didn't let me know. I just hope its not important!

I was left confused by the experience. I was quoted £321.10 to change rear brake pads. During the service I was told that brake fluid could do with changing. Extra £180+ charge which I said no to. My final bill was £247.90. What???

Two scratches in close proximity, boot lid. I hand wash my car regulary and would have noticed. TBH much too small to warrant bodyshop repair. Will try to abrade broken paint then deal with myself if I can obtain a Mineral White touch up stick.

It had completely put me off ever buying another BMW and I have only ever had bmw/mini it's a shame I am not the only person who has recently experienced this too. I have since taken my car to a garage and been advised different.

I had a ace 3 pro fitted and all i had was a card left in the centre console with a QR code on how to use it. After downloading i still dont really know how to use it. Quite disappointing for £665!

Always feel that I and my car have been looked after. 'While you wait' is a very realistic option as there is a comfortable customer lounge with WiFi and coffee etc. It also gives you time to have a look at some cars new and classic.

Your fault diagnostic service is not fit for purpose - we were to be charged for both an imprecise diagnosis and the numerous repairs (x 3) - we decided against the third repair because your quote was 7 x the price we were charged elsewhere.
