Staff were very friendly and very helpful. However they removed the blue protective delivery strips from the metal kick plate on the front door sills without asking me and I didn't notice this until 03/11/19
Not Impressed.! This was a recall organise maybe 6 to 8 weeks in advance and all the parts should have been ready and available.

Excellent, car warned me a service was due, as did an email from Cotswold BMW. After the car was delivered to Cotswold I was kept informed - including a video -of the progress of the service and talked through any decisions to be made.

My dealings were mostly with Nathan Beaman, the service provided was absolutely excellent, with continuous communication on progression of my order from initial quotation right through to shipping.
Work required was carried out without any problems for me
The service department very welcoming, polite, efficient and I have never had a reason to complain. However I am returning the vehicle to check the exhaust which I thought would have been checked in the warranty check as I believe it may be blowing.

I booked an oil and filters service and was told plugs etc needed doing despite no indication that they were in need of changing and not required according to service indicator lights.. Proceeded without plug change

The service interval was not reset after a front brake service, I had to take the car back the next day to get that reset but it was only reset to 3000 miles. This also occurred when I had the rear brake pads replaced earlier in the year.
This would have been a 5 but sadly the car was not ready on time so I had to then have a loan car and return the next day to pick the car up.
Lovely hassle free experience
Apart from the fact that my pre booked courtesy car was not available, the experience was very good.
Blissfull experience in the new Cheltenham HQ. Complementary coffee and kuchen while one looks at the new cars on display and it is all over too quickly.

Excellent facilities and excellent staff too - always willing to spend time to get things right. I can talk to technical staff and also keep in touch throughout . Far better than BMW UK who could learn from their level of customer interface skills.

it happened when it was supposed to and how it was supposed to. there were a couple of questions that could have been answered before I arrived but got sorted on the day

I was reasonably happy with the service I was a little put out that my conversation with service assistant were passed on to a third party. Also that all the repairs where carrier out well but there were two small faults that were not correct.
Prompt collection and delivery. Why not valet the car properly, not hoovering the boot is just petty! Next time I'm likely not to pay for a BMW service and pay Separately for valeting. I dislike not having a proper service book

I may have got a small paint chip to my bumper during my MOT or subsequent cleaning. Otherwise I have always been very happy with each visit to the centre.
Ask BMW Worcester they will tell you why and they are currently waiting for parts
Of particular note is the complementary was and vac of my car following its MOT.So pleased with overall impression that I intend to have Cotswold servicing my car instead of the independent garage I have been using for my previous car.

Query on Advisory regarding nsf tyre - when I queried it with your service department I was told that the 2 front tyres had different speed ratings? i believe that they were both the original tyres fitted as new.?

Great garage, and Andy my service guy seemed to have my best interests at heart.
I didn't have to wait long, and the girl who I dealt with was professional and friendly.
I still have squeaky brakes despite asking for them to be inspected for any work needed to resolve..

The issue I had on my car has improved but not resolved even though I was told it was. I need to bring the car back in to sort the problem out completely
The experience at Cheltenham was straightforward and painless (again thank you Andrew!). This was a direct comparison to a previous service experience (for a recall) at Hereford BMW early this year.

As on previous survey for this visit (can I opt out of repeated requests for the same visit?!!) Roz did really well combining two visits so it was all done in the one visit.
Fixed issue with car in less thar 3 days. And provided a replacement while being fixed.
I brought the car in before taking to France after being offered a BMW Detox for £40.00. I came away with a poorly cleaned car, no advice on taking the car out of the UK and no clear understanding of when the brake pads would need replacing.

All was fine but got a text message to say the car was ready on a while you wait service. Would have expected to be told in person.
Overall service provided was exceptional and all work was completed to expectation, only small disappointment was not being made aware that VAT was not included in the price quoted for the body work repairs, therefore had to pay an unexpected £40
The car was ready when told and returned clean and hovered.
When your mechanics did the vehicle check, they noted that the rear near side tyre was wearing a lot in the centre of the tyre. That is a sign of over inflation of a tyre so why didn't they correct/set the tyre pressure? Instead of leaving it?

Car was taken for an MOT & returned to the door in good time. It passed in all areas.
Apart from one blip, so far I am happy with the service I have received.
As far as I know, all the work I asked for was carried out. I have to wait and use the car a while to see if the starting issue is completely resolved.
Unfortunately there was a fault on the car which was not identified on the pre delivery check. This meant I had to make 60 mile round trip to get the fault confirmed and wait for the part and the repair a few weeks later.

I was disappointed with whatever material had been applied to my front screen as it has acquired a very cloudy appearance which is very hard to remove, and also it had impaired my vision considerably. please do not use this material again.

My only bad experience ever with Cotswold BMW. The service/ repair work done as booked was first class, but at some stage my car was disconnected . Settings all changed and iPhone no longer paired with car. Took a revisit to resolve.

When booking my car in for the recall they said they would look at it first to see how bad it was because they need to order the part in the have the car back. How ever they must of ordered the part in before hand so it was all changed in one day.
It would be great if I didn't have to pay a collection fee just because there are no dealerships nearby!
Like most people I want the best quality for the best price. I am feeling that the dealership try to be competetive on price whilst maintaining quality. I prefer to visit the dealership for any needs.

Car with like new diamond cut wheels cleaned by me prior to taking in, on collecting from service found 1 kerbed and 4 with deep scratches to surfaces.. Staff told me it was old damage.. Could not explain why/what had happened. Offered to fix1.

I dropped the vehicle off early than required and the driver was more than happy to take my keys through as the door wasn't open until 8am. I was dropped at my place of work and returned using the same driver, very happy with his service on the day.

They lost one tyre air valve. I didn't expect that from BMW service centre.
Initial experience VERY poor. Service team in a meeting except two people so had to wait to book the car in, annoying when I had booked a Fast Track service. Other than that it was fine.
From Adam Harper to Matt Parry service was excellent, I would definitely do business with these guys again at Cotswold in Cheltenham

The dealership is pleasant to deal with. However, there was a bit of to-ing and fro-ing in finalising the purchase on the day despite there being clear agreements beforehand for the sale (so it did not go as smoothly as hoped). Sorted in the end.
Purchase went well but a few things during the delivery which let the experience down: Age of the car, (stock vehicle but 12 month old build date); car very dirty and poorly prepared at collection; only 2 years connected drive services due to age
I was extremely satisfied with the sales representative, Sienna Lywood. She was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. However, I am disappointed that the car delivered to me does not match the full specification agreed at the point of sale.
Only thing I had an issue with was that the car was so new I couldn't insure it and I think it would be worth this being clearer
No CD player or AUX socket. advice given to download CDs to thumb drive but track order car display differs to pc. found a USB CD player online (not a writer) Also could use portable player with Bluetooth transmitter more advice would be helpful
