My car was in the Bodyshop for repair. Because it showed a recall it was sent to Cheletenham which I only found out when I had messages/emails asking me to book in. This has delayed the repair by at least a week.

Came in for an airbag recall. Was told that they didn't have the correct part, given a hire car and told to come back. The complimentary health check was not carried out as promised, just a sheet saying not checked, she then lied saying it was done.

The people were very helpful. I just think the software on the car isn't designed for troubleshooting. I gave you specific time stamps and you couldn't explain where the charge went.

Roof was because of leak from boot seals. Repaired with only next day wait though unexpected job. The light still did not work/checked when ready to be collected. Appreciated job regarding roof which included draining 6" flood under bonnet.

Love being able to delay the pickup until next day. Great and professional service, and a free clean. Dislike the impersonal pick up of keys from your little box - great if one is in a hurry, but absent is the sense of personal service.
